Thank you | | Lösung: | Generally, it is possible to order without paying German tax. But at the moment, this can not be done automatically by our system.
We have to verify your VAT ID and your company data (name, type of enterprise, complete address) at the German finance office.
So, we recommend the following process:
- Order the needed parts online at our shop. The system will calculate the VAT – please ignore that.
- Chose the desired payment method: Money order in advance (3 % discount), PayPal or credit cart.
Money order in advance:
- After finishing the order you receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Please reply to that e-mail and note the following: "Payment without VAT - YOUR VAT-ID AND DATA (name, type of enterprise, address, postal code, town). Please tell me the correct payment total.“
- We tell you the final total ecxl.TVA, so that you can make the bank transfer.
- The order will be processed as quick as possible, after we received your payment on our bank account.
PayPal or Credit Card:
- The payment (including tax) will be made automatically within the ordering process in the web shop.
- Write your VAT ID number as note within your order and the following sentence „Payment without VAT - YOUR VAT-ID AND DATA (name, type of enterprise, address, postal code, town).“
- We will refund the tax back to your PayPal account or credit card payment: we charge the net amount from your credit cart.
A proforma-invoice cannot be created, but you can use the order confirmation as payment reference. You will receive the final invoice with the shipment. | | Teil 1: |
