After using it 3 times for a total of under 3 hours the high-pressure hose burst. I went back to the ferrerteria ... Sanchez Ortiz, in Moraleda de zafayona, Spain. I was told that the high-pressure hose is not covered by the guarantee because the hose had been touching the ground. I do not see how this equipment can be used without the hose touching the ground. I was quite shocked to hear this.
They did not have a spare to either swap or purchase. I am very disappointed as I have always thought that Karcher is a top brand.
Can you send me a replacement for this or if I have to pay I will send you my bank details.
