First of all, I love your products. FC 5 is a beautiful hardwood floor cleaner. Best machine out there.
I recently called the USA customer service number. They could not help me at all. That is the reason I am contacting you for assistance.
I would love to repair this machine especially since it is pricey and I have a 1 year daughter.
A couple of days ago I was cleaning up my FC 5 and unfortunately, I broke the part that releases and stops water. I am more than happy to share pictures or videos for reference.
